Carbon Levels

Isnt it interesting that there is very little chat about reducing the levels of carbon , but plenty of talk about trading schemes no doubt with duties and taxes attached 
, maybe im being cynical again but it looks like a massive cash cow , would be pretty handy with all these baby boomers going into retirement . There is no doubt the climate is changeing we have had this since time began , we have had iceages and rewarming periods , i am more worried about the continual reckless takeing of resources .
